Endüstri 4.0 kullanımının kuru çay imalatına etkisi üzerine bir araştırma; Rize örneği

Abstract

Dördüncü Endüstri Devrimi, genellikle mekanik dönüşüme geçiş, seri üretim, otomasyon olarak sıralanmış önceki 3 endüstri devrimi sonrasında yeni bir aşamayı vurgulama gayesi ile dolaşıma sokulmuştur. İlk endüstri devrimi su ve buhar gücünün kullanımı ile üretimi makineleştirmiştir. İkincisi endüstri elektriği kullanımı ile toplu üretiminin önünü açılmıştır. Üçüncüsü olarak, elektronik ve bilgi bilimleri yardımı ile üretimde otomasyon gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada kuru çay imalat süreci ve Endüstri 4.0 ile olan ilişkisi incelemiş; olumlu ve olumsuz yönler değerlendirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda yaşanılan dönem itibariyle dünya üzerinde etkisi büyük olan Covid-19 virüs salgının ülkemiz çay üretimine nasıl etkisi olduğu değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma içerisinde ülkemizde kuru çay imalat süreci ile birlikte 2010-2019 yılları dönemler aralığı ile incelemiş; artış ve azalışlar değerlendirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda Rize ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir kuru çay işletmesinde Endüstri 4.0 kullanımının üretime nasıl etkisi olduğu incelenmiştir.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution was put into circulation with the aim of emphasizing a new stage after the previous 3 industrial revolutions, which were generally listed as the transition to mechanical transformation, mass production and automation. The first industrial revolution mechanized production with the use of water and steam power. Secondly, it paved the way for mass production with the use of industrial electricity. Thirdly, automation in production has been realized with the help of electronics and information sciences. In the study, the dry tea manufacturing process and its relationship with Industry 4.0 were examined; The positive and negative aspects were evaluated. At the same time, it has been evaluated how the Covid-19 virus epidemic, which has a great impact on the world, has an effect on tea production in our country. In the research, the dry tea production process in our country was examined with the intervals of 2010-2019; increases and decreases were evaluated. At the same time, the effect of the use of Industry 4.0 on production in a dry tea business operating in Rize has been examined.
