Sanayide hibrit proje yönetimi ve yalın yaklaşımı

Abstract

Bu yüksek lisans tezi, sanayide projelerin etkin bir şekilde yönetilmesi için hibrit proje yönetimi ve yalın yaklaşımın birleştirilmesini ele almaktadır. Geleneksel proje yönetimi modelleri, hızla değişen sanayi ortamında sıklıkla yetersiz kalabilir. Bu tez, hibrit proje yönetiminin, geleneksel ve çevik metodolojilerin entegrasyonuyla projelerin başarılı bir şekilde yönetilmesine olanak tanıdığına odaklanmaktadır. Ayrıca, yalın üretim prensiplerinin proje yönetimi süreçlerine entegre edilmesiyle elde edilen avantajlar incelenmektedir. Yalın yaklaşım, israfları azaltma, süreçleri optimize etme ve müşteri odaklı bir yaklaşım benimseme konularında sağladığı faydalarla bilinmektedir. Bu tez, hibrit proje yönetimi ve yalın prensiplerin birleşimiyle elde edilen sinerjiyi vurgulayarak, sanayi projelerinin başarı şansını artırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Tezin sonuçları, sanayi alanındaki profesyoneller, proje yöneticileri ve akademisyenler için önemli ipuçları sunarak, projelerin daha etkin ve verimli bir şekilde yönetilmesine katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir

This master's thesis deals with the combination of hybrid project management and lean approach for the effective management of projects in industry. Traditional project management models can often be inadequate in a rapidly changing industrial environment. This thesis focuses on how hybrid project management enables the successful management of projects through the integration of traditional and agile methodologies. It also examines the advantages gained by integrating lean manufacturing principles into project management processes. Lean is known for its benefits in reducing waste, optimizing processes and adopting a customer-centric approach. This thesis aims to increase the chances of success of industrial projects by emphasizing the synergies achieved by combining hybrid project management and lean principles. The results of the thesis aim to contribute to more effective and efficient project management by providing important tips for industrial professionals, project managers and academics.
