OHSAS 18001 iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetim sisteminden ISO 45001 yönetim istemine geçişteki farklılıklar üzerine bir inceleme

Abstract

Günümüzde kullanmış olduğumuz üretim prosesleri, sürekli yenilenen teknolojiler, işletmelerde çalışma ortamlarında İSG ile ilgili daha profesyonel ve organize tedbirler alınmasını gerektirmektedir. Bu tedbirlerin alınmasında ILO olsun WHO olsun uluslar arası düzeyde, daha profesyonel tedbirlerin alınmasında birçok politika ve strateji geliştirmişlerdir. Ayın şekilde ülkemizde yayınlanmış olan 6331 sayılı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu bu strateji ve politikaları desteklemektedir. Bütün bu strateji ve politikaların, sistemli ve sürekli iyileştirme sağlayarak ilerlemesi için yönetim sistemlerine ihtiyaç vardır. Bu konuda iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin sistematik çalışması için işletmelerde sürekli iyileştirme ve maksimum verimlilik elde edilmesinin sağlanması için OHSAS 18001 yönetim sistemi ve daha güncel ve kapsamlı olan ISO 45001 yönetim sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Bu tez çalışmamda ISO 45001' in getirdiği yenilikler ve faydaları analiz edilmiştir.

The production processes we use today, the constantly renewing technologies, requires more professional and organized measures on OSH in the working environment of the enterprises. In the adoption of these measures, the ILO has developed many policies and strategies at the international level to take more professional measures. The Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety published in our country supports these strategies and policies. There is a need for management systems to ensure that all these strategies and policies progress systematically and continuously. In this regard, the OHSAS 18001 management system and the more up-to-date and comprehensive ISO 45001 management system have been developed in order to ensure continuous improvement and maximum productivity for the systematic operation of the OHS. In my thesis I have analyzed the innovations and benefits of ISO 45001.
