Results: % 78.2 of the respondents think that “healthcare activities do not reach all segments of the society”, % 44.6 think that “their knowledge of oral and dental healthcare is sufficient”, % 54.1 think that “they cannot benefit from preventive dentistry practices”, % 55.7 think that “prolongation of the dentist's time spent in dental diagnosis and diagnosis affects dental anxiety levels”, % 60.9 think that “they cannot access effective and accurate information from the Internet in oral and dental health problems they feel”, % 83.7 think that “artificial intelligence applications can be effective in dental diagnosis and diagnosis”, and % 93.8 think that “dentist and artificial intelligence can work together”. Conclusion: This study shows that new technologies should be used in dentistry while revealing the evaluations of the Turkish society on oral and dental healthcare. However, it reveals that artificial intelligence-based oral-dental healthcare practices should be used in dentistry practice and that such practices will play a role in the benefit of society in matters such as preventive medicine and dental healthcare tourism. © 2022, Selcuk University.
