Fiyatlandırma politikalarının hastane seçimine etkisi: Özel hastane örneği

Abstract

Hastane seçimi çalışmaları incelenirken; hastane personeli, hastane temel faaliyetleri, hastane fiziksel koşulları, hasta geliri ve eğitim düzeyi gibi faktörlerin hastaların hastane tercihini etkilediği görülmektedir. Hastaneler avantajlarını artırmak için hasta güvenini artıran, alanında uzman hekimlere sahip olmalarını sağlayan, fiziki durumlarını iyileştirmeye yönelik projelere yer veren, bordro süreçlerinde çalışan politikalar belirlemektedir. Sağlık hizmetlerinde fiyatlandırma politikalarının hastane seçimine etkisini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırma nicel verilere dayalı tanımlayıcı araştırma ve ilişkisel tarama modelinde bir araştırmadır. Uygulanan anket neticesinde hastane logolarının, temizliğinin, doktor tanınmışlığının ve diğer faktörlerin hastane seçimini olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

While examining the hospital selection studies; It is seen that factors such as hospital staff, hospital basic activities, hospital physical conditions, patient income and education level affect the hospital preference of patients. In order to increase their advantages, hospitals determine policies that increase patient confidence, ensure that they have physicians who are experts in their fields, include projects to improve their physical conditions, and work in payroll processes. This research, which aims to determine the effect of pricing policies in health services on hospital selection, is a research in descriptive model and relational screening model based on quantitative data. As a result of the survey, it was determined that hospital logos, cleanliness, doctor reputation and other factors positively affect the choice of hospital.
