Kullanici deneyimini iyileştirmek: Nijerya, lagos eyaletindeki çalışma alanlari için etkili tasarim stratejileri

Abstract

Ortak çalışma, küresel olarak çalışmanın tercih edilen yolu haline geldi ve bu nedenle ortak çalışma alanlarının gelişiminin arttığı görülüyor. Nijerya'da, son on yılda ülke genelinde ortak çalışma alanlarının gelişiminde kaydedilen katlanarak bir büyüme var. Bu büyüyen gelişimin ışığında araştırma, bu alanların başarısının büyük ölçüde kullanıcılarının olumlu deneyimlerine bağlı olduğuna işaret etmeyi amaçlıyor. Mekanın deneyimi, mimari tasarımının ergonomi açısından kalitesi ile belirlenir. Lagos eyaletindeki ortak çalışma alanları kavramı ve kullanıcılarının algısı üzerine sınırlı araştırma göz önüne alındığında, bu araştırma, kullanıcıların Lagos Eyaletindeki ortak çalışma alanlarındaki deneyimlerinin etkili tasarım yoluyla iyileştirilmesini sağlamaya yönelik bir kılavuz oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Ortak çalışma alanlarının kavramı, tarihçesi ve tipolojileri, kullanıcı deneyimlerinin algılanması, bu alanların kullanımındaki temel itici güçler ve başlıca tasarım hususları hakkında kapsamlı bir literatür taramasının ardından, bu araştırma ana hatları çizilen hedeflere ulaşmak için bir anket geliştirdi. Toplanan ve analiz edilen veriler, ortak çalışma alanlarının mevcut kullanıcıları ve bu alanların gelecekteki tasarımlarının yörüngesini belirleyecek faktörler hakkında değerli bilgiler sağladı. Sonuçlar, ortak çalışma alanlarına itici güçlerin, kullanıcı deneyiminde daha fazla iyileştirme elde etmek için gelecekteki tasarımlarda desteklenmesi gereken tasarım hususlarının öngörücüleri olduğu sonucuna varmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçları, Nijerya'nın Lagos Eyaletindeki ortak çalışma alanlarının tasarımına bilgi verecek ve kullanıcı deneyimini geliştirmeye yönelik öneriler sunacaktır. Coworking has increasing become the preferred way to work globally and as thus the development of coworking spaces is seen to be on a rise. In Nigeria, there is a recorded exponential growth in the development of coworking spaces across the country in the last decade. In light of this growing development, research aims to points out that the success of these spaces is heavily reliant on the positive experience of its users. The experience of space is determined by the quality of its architectural design in terms of ergonomics. Given the limited research on concept of coworking spaces and perception of its users in Lagos state, this research sets out to establish a guide on ensuring users experience in coworking spaces in Lagos State are improved through effective design. Following an extensive literature review of the concept, history and typologies of coworking spaces, the perception of user experiences, the key drivers to the use of these spaces and its major the design consideration, this research developed a questionnaire to achieve its outlined objectives. The data collected and analyzed provided valuable insights on the current users of coworking spaces and the factors which would determine the trajectory of future designs of these spaces. The results concluded that the drivers to coworking spaces are predictors of the design considerations which should be upheld in future designs to achieve greater improvement on users' experience. The results of the study would thus inform the design of coworking spaces in Lagos State, Nigeria and provide recommendations for improving the user experience.
