Abstract
Patlatmalı kazı çalışmaları iş makineleri ile yapılan kazı çalışmalarına göre daha ekonomik ve hızlı olması ile günümüzde daha fazla tercih edilen bir yöntem olmaya devam etmektedir. Patlatma riskleri de barındırdığı için bu tür çalışmalarda güvenlik en üst seviyede olmak zorundadır. Yapılan çalışmalarda görev yapan birçok kişinin yaşadıkları ve çözüm bulunmasını talep ettikleri en önemli eksikliklerden bir tanesi; günlük kullanılacak patlayıcı miktarının yaşanan aksaklık veya teknik arıza nedeniyle ellerinde kalması sonucunda patlayıcıların imha edilmesiydi. Bu yöntem; projeler için büyük maliyetlerin boşa gitmesi anlamına gelmektedir. Gerekli inceleme ve mühendislik araştırmaları sonucunda tüketilemeyip elde kalan patlayıcı maddelerin imha edilmesi yerine geçici olarak depolanması ve ertesi iş gününde kullanılana kadar güvenli bir bölgede emniyet altına alınmasının önemi tespit edilmektedir. Bu araştırmada Modüler Depolama alanının nasıl olabileceği, kullanılacak modüler deponun kurulması gereken yer için Tesis Yer Seçim Probleminin çözümü sonucunda ne faydalar sağlayabileceği incelenmiştir.
Explosive excavation continues to be a more preferred method today, as it is more economical and faster than excavation carried out with construction equipment. Safety must be at the highest level in such works, as they also involve explosion risks. One of the most important deficiencies experienced by many people working in the studies and demanding a solution is; The aim was to destroy the explosives as a result of the amount of explosives to be used daily remaining in their possession due to a disruption or technical malfunction. This method; It means that huge costs for projects are wasted. As a result of the necessary investigations and engineering research, it is determined that the explosives that cannot be consumed and are left behind are important to be stored temporarily and secured in a safe area until they are used the next working day, instead of destroying them. In this research, it was examined what the Modular Storage area could be like and what benefits it could provide as a result of solving the Facility Location Selection Problem for the location where the modular warehouse to be used should be installed.
