Cittaslow markasına sahip Gökçeada örnekleminde yer alan yöreye özgü gastronomik değere sahip ürünlerin tespiti, bu ürünlerin yerleşim yerlerindeki dağılımı gösteren haritaların oluşturulması, bu haritalar ile gastronomi turizm rotalarının oluşturulması.
